Meet the Quartzite Rock Association
The Quartzite Rock Association (QRA) was formed by a group of quartzite aggregate producers in an effort to distribute information to the construction industry about the benefits realized by using high quality aggregates. Sioux Quartzite has always been recognized for its strength and durability, and for many years has been the top choice for use in construction of roadways and bridges as well as for railroad ballast and erosion control. However, in recent years quartzite's popularity has grown dramatically with expanded usage as a building and landscape material - one that adds aesthetic character and beauty in addition to the strength and durability for which it has always been known.
QRA produces the Quartzite Quotes newsletter four times a year. The newsletter provides information not only about quartzite, but about a variety of quality construction products and construction in general. It also provides information about highly successful projects and current trends in the construction industry.
